Cabo San Lucas 5-27-13 (Pic Heavy)
 

Went to Cabo last week wit RedRum Sport Fishing and killed em. We fished the Sea of Cortez area and saw some beautiful water and marine life. The weather was perfect and calm. Water was slick and blue. We trawled around for about an hour and didn't get a bite. So they changed colors and 10 minutes later about a 150lb Striped Marlin smoked it. They are a fight to get in. I was exhausted after 5 minutes. Caught 3 and decided to head in. On the way in we spotted another marlin and hooked up on him. He fought for about 30 minutes til we finally got him in. He swallowed the hook and had to tear up his gut to get the hook out so we had to keep him. One of the Mexicans took it. It was a blast and the crew was awesome. I highly recommend RedRum to anyone who is lookin for a outfitter.

Nice, that port has some serious money floating around in it.

I was there all last week and one of Denzel Washington's yacht was there in the marina. It was huge and had a helicopter pad on top of it.
