Easter Eats

What is the Salty Cajun going to be chowing down on?

Friday we boiling crawfish at my Mom's house. That afternoon we boiling crawfish or frying fish at my in-laws.

Sunday, who know's probably Bar-B-Cue. Maybe some thick cut pork chops or some charcoal grilled hamburgers:churn:, might smoke a Boston Butt who knows.

I'm going to put a leftover Thanksgiving turkey in the Oil Free Turkey Fryer and throw some chicken and pork on the pit... Should be a nice little meal to munch on.

You may want to try a Boiled Boston Butt, 1 cup of powder seafood boil. Apply 1 half cup to pot and keep Butt covered with water on a low roll. After two hours, add the other half cup, and gently roll until the bone is ejected.

Easy and awesome!!!

LCD tell me about that pork roast. I seen my mom has an oil less fryer in her shed brand new in the box. I might try that out.

Injected it, stick some garlic in the meat, put some rub on it, drop it in there and cook. Real simple tasted amazing.
