Usually when you have a lower unit seal leaking it will allow water to get into the oil and it will turn it milky white. Were you running it on the hose or in the water?

Do you leave your gas line connected all the time? This could easily be gas/oil mixture draining with the gas evaporated leaving a gummy oil residue coming from exhaust port of lower unit. Smell it to see if there is a gas odor to it...if so not much to worry about.
Lower unit oil has the visocity of cane syrup and the color of wiskey with a rancid smell. If it flows like syrup and has the look of coffee milk then you have a leaking water seal in the lower unit. Hope it is just a simple issue....

It has been running with the hose and has a gas order to it, its not white at all more of a black color. Do you recommend me shut the gas line off and run the engine until it die out?

Is the oil injection still connected? Johnsons were famous for dumping too much oil during start up. Not much you can do to solve that issue other than disconnecting the oil injection and premix the oil and gas.

Yes it is still connected, but that oil/ fuel thing coming out is not that bad? is it just from not running all winter?

Probably, mine did that a couple years ago after not running it a while, and I ran it on the hose. The hot exhaust got it dripping down. It was a 90 Nissan oil inject. I think you just don't notice it if you go straight to the water.
