Big Lake Guide Recommendation
 

Looking to hire a guide to target big trout. Never fished BL but would like to do an afternoon/morning charter combo. Also would need overnight accomodations. I fish SE LA year round, but we rarely find trout over the 5lb range. Ive always heard BL produces big trout. Any suggestions on guides and best timenof year to book a trip? Thx

Do you want to wade or fish out of a boat? If you want to wade (better chance to catch larger fish certain times of the year) my answer would change.

I have Bruce booked on the 25th will post on how we do. Going to be a wade trip..

Saw Bruce hitting a few spots yesterday , don't know what he caught but he didn't wade each area long... Might of been scouting
