Big Lake 10-13
 

Started off a bad day. My buddy meets me at the house at 5am and asked if I saw the radar. Looked at it and decided to scrap the day. At 8:20 I call him back and said lets go.Ended up getting to the lake around 10:00. Go to the first spot and started catching trout. We stayed on this little reef and never moved. Caught 30 trout and 10 sandtrout that we kept,1 red fish, and 1 bluefish that I caught on top water.The lake turned out to be slick as glass and hot but had a good time.

D i just relized what you meant on the phone when you said "i caught a bluefish" wth is a bluefish? I'm sure i've heard of it but might call it different?

Capt D never caught a blue fish in Big Lake lake....I have caught some before out of Fresh Water City in Vermillion Block # 46......They are fun to fight with.

That baby smacked that topwater and took off smokin that Curado and then jumped about 3 ft out the water. I told my buddy that was a bluefish and he said a who. I had to stop and laugh:*****:
