Crown maple
Anybody tried the crown maple wife gave me a bottle as a Christmas present took a swig and it's not to bad straight but imagine it could be better just dont know what to mix it with.

I looked at on the shelf next to some black and went with the the tried and true rather than waste $25 on something I'm not sure I would like. Whenever I can get a pull without buying the whole bottle I will try it out.

Most of those flavored whiskeys are made to sip straight bim not sure what would be good mixed with something that sweet.

I love it. Drank a fifth Sunday and Monday solo. That's half each day lol. Best mixed with just enough coke to taste it and DP as well but coke is better. Tried it on the rocks and while its not bad it ain't good either

Capt, your always cooking up something good. Maybe you should try some trout tacos with some roasted maple glazed pecan salsa.....and maybe a few pieces of crumbled bacon sprinkled on the top....
