I am getting awfully tired of the ambulance chaser advertising for BP loss of income suits! Yesterday, the Jefferson Davis school board was said to be joining the class action suit???? Some slug from nacotoches is spending $$$ running ads on kplc stating that loggers, bankers, pimps and ho's may be entitled to compensation due to the BP oil spill!!!!!! "Money for nuthin and kicks for free" in the new world of ME????

I've had lawyers contact me , telling me I can get big $$$ blah blah blah . I refuse to do it because I know my business was not affected by the spill .

I felt initially that ours may have been affected by it...that being said, I absolutely refuse to take part in any such suit!

That is the world we live in.....

Blame it on BP because Obama said you can !!

THats whats running our country!! No wonder why we are fighting a losing battle.

Loser pays would cure our legal ills quickly.

No doubt. That has the same chance at passing as "term limits".

I can't stand insurance suing lawyers either, the reason why we pay so much for insurance! if you get hit, better be thankful if the person has insurance! because there is a lot of idiots on the road that don't!
