Just seen that in the paper this morning, gonna pick up another in the morning. Also eyeing one of those camo h2o spinning reels

Guess I am going to have to try one of these , after hearing 37.5 different people say you can't beat em . Probably won't hurt as bad as seeing Shimano citica and brand new rod bubbles in Turners by wellheads , Not that has ever happened to mind you .. But if it did my blood pressure would not spike as high as if it had ... With a Shimano and a new rod. Js sayin

Even with all the hype i heard before i bought mine. I was still surprised how smooth it was when i got it. Well worth it

In my opinion, it's one of the best reels out there.

Jabeaux 12-17-2012 09:09 AM

I've had two of them for almost 4 years now and have had absolutely no problems with them. Gonna pick me up another one today.

mako1 12-17-2012 01:08 PM

i got like 5 of them. they are just as good as anything else out there.

Keywest18 12-17-2012 01:15 PM

Picked up another this morning. Slowly converting all my reels over lol

The main problem that I have with them is the bearing that it is connected to the handle freezes. I stoped rinsing them with water and just keep them coated with Reel Majic and they seem to do much better. Just got another one. I think I have 6-8. Lol...Have all of them rigged and when I get into the fish hot and heavy I flip the fish into the boat and grab another reel. When it comes unhooked I grab the reel again. It's like hand to hand combat!

Just bought one today gonna give it a try. Been hearing good things about them.

jaclyn.renea 12-18-2012 08:29 AM

I actually started out fishing open-faced with this reel. It's good for beginniners as well as the rest of y'all! ;)

I have been fishing with them for years. I fish quite a bit and have had only one break. They are durable and cast extremely easy. I bought four more on Black Friday.

Flatfishfreak 12-19-2012 10:55 PM

Picked one up today just for the hell of it. Will put it to the test soon on some Rivercats.
