Mr. Twister will get to smelling burnt up quick. Keeping blades sharp will help out. Hailton Beach is a pretty good one, I have used them both offshore before.

X2 Mr twisters burn up fast. Hamilton beach is pretty good bang for buck.

get a dexter old fashioned knife they are awesome. i clean a limit of specks and reds just as fast as the other people that limited out using an electric knife most of the time.

Hamilton is good for trout and cheap but will burn up in one use if cleaning redfish. I use Hamilton for trout and dexter serrated blade for reds

Crazy

I agree with the hamilton recommendations, but as to reds, I went to harbor frieght, bought a cheap battery operated reciprocating saw and it works great, just buy an 8 inch blade.

I have a Hamilton but I usually use a Cutco Fisherman's friend for trout and a serrated Dexter for reds.
