V Bay 12-13
 

Took a solo trip to the north end of the bay this morning, ended up with 13 trout ranging from 2-3 lbs. Also got a few reds but they were small. Cold start but catching fish always warms you up. fished till the tide bottomed out. water was so low you could see the crab traps. Glad i opted for the jackplate!

They were there yesterday to, north west bay shore

Did u happen to fish on the east end, if so how did the water look? A couple of days ago the fish where nice there

Yes I was on the east end, water was good but got dirty once the tide bottomed out. Delcambre canal was chocolate, with a clean water rip line. Fished the line but didn't catch anything.

Im goin back in the morning so i will post another report when i get back.

They my b-laws , only caught 2 specks, 2 reds and one big drum yesterday, tried every where

i was there fishing sharks bayou and only put one speck in the boat with numerous hits on a black and gold rattle trap
