It had to be removed....could have turned into cancer. It is a big cut cause they cut and streched his scalp instead of a skin graph.

Did they use an inflating balloon under the skin first, to grow new and extra skin?

Not sure about that....only thing the doctor told us was he scalped him like a indian....lol
