Hungry early morning trout 11-30-12.
 

Decided to take advantage of a morning off so decided to take a chance and see if we could find some trout. Got lucky first thing in the morning. Got on water about 645 and stopped at a cut going into a marsh near Black Lake. Found shrimp coming out of the marsh and trout were in a feeding frenzy. Had 40 trout by 730 in which some work boats passed by followed by some crabbing boats- sent the fish down and had to fish another 45 minutes to catch our last 5. Weather was chilly in the morning and overcast but was still nice to be on the water. Most fish caught on pink Skitterwalks. Also Diet jerk Jr. Water was clear. Only saw one other fishing boat, boy it was nice not to have the weekend crowds.

Knew thats where i remember seeing you but never could place it. My parents still live on other side of Marlene. Small world. You must have some good hours at Frito Lay, you always on the water.

Birds stop working so 98% have stop catching fish

Guy at landing fished 8 hours had 5 trout.... He saw our trout and said man ; yall found some birds!!

i must have pulled up right after you left there. was no other boats around we started hammering them and a boat came full clip a cast distance from our boat and they shut off. we caught 15 nice ones and 10 reds. sight casted a about 7 more that were released.

Nor u cduhon but all the people getting cut off, get off the reefs and there is no cuttn off, people see other people in the wide open and so they stop, reefs=yahoos.....nice catch again
