If you have a charcaol lighter just put about 15-20 coals in it and light them. When the coals are ready grill them on there for a minute or so on each side and eat them rare with some Ponzu sauce.

Put some olive oil in a black iron skillet and get it very hot. Sear on each side for about 20-30 seconds and season with your favorite seasoning and tear it up!! Raw strips dipped in ponzu sauce is frickin awesome also!!

you can but it at the supermarket, Kikkoman just came out with one and its pretty good.
You can also make it, its little more than lemon and soysauce with a little sweetner in it.
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice $ Click to see savings
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
