Running lights don't work

On the boat trailer. I have break lights but no running or signal lights. When it's hooked up to my dads truck everything works fine, so it's my truck that needs fixin. Who in Lafayette would yall recommend?

What kind of truck? I drive an F-250 and had the same issue and come to find out there was a separate fuse.

I had the same thing happen to me and it turned out to be a fuse but it was not in the usual fuse box. I have a Nissan titan with the tow package and there was a fuse up under the dash by the brake pedal. I googled the problem with the type of truck i have and found out about that fuse, which i never knew about, might save you some time and a few bucks.

F-150. Where might the fuse be?

BIG RED 1983 06-17-2012 03:58 PM

I have a 2011 f-150 on my truck it's fuse number 30 or 31 under the hood it is also a 30micro fuse

I have a 2003 . The fuse box is on the driver side under the hood. Seprate fuse for left and right.

Could be a grounding issue

If you can't find the fuse, you can go by Superior Trolling Motors on Banks street off of Cameron, next to Gulf Coast Marine. Good Luck.

Second that.....Ground wire's and fuses are the devil of running lights. Make sure your trailer light fixtures are fitting snug to the trailer as well. Fuses blow like crazy too.

Has same problem in my 2006 F-150. It's the fuse and the fuse panel would be next to your right foot if you was sittin in da passangers seat. Had to read the book to figger out which fuse it was.

Did you get them fixed yet?
