Paracord Projects

A couple of years ago, I got into making my own duck call lanyards. I use 550 paracord to make all my stuff. Anything from duck call lanyards, dog collars, dog leashes, gun slings, key chains, etc. Really passes my time and relaxes me.

Cool stuff. I'd like to know how to tie a monkey fist like in the key chain photo.

You can't beat paracord......stuff is tough as a honey moon ****** and the one time you need to take one apart and actually need the cord to say......repair a bimini top in the rain.......you will see it's dang worth having around.

I'll see if I can find some videos of how to make a monkeys fist.
I use paracord for everything. One of my first dog collars I ever made has has been outside in the rain, sun, mud, etc for at least 3 yrs and still holding like the day I made it. It doesn't rot or mildew.

I can't post anymore of the stuff I make but I will help anyone wanting to know how to make something. Email me if someone needs help with something.

JDM4X4 - search for "Stormdrane" on you tube and he has a very good video on making a monkeys fist. If still need help, let me know, I pass through Crowley every week to and from work.

Thanks, I'm gonna check it out right now. Always saw them on tugs and work boats offshore. That that was the coolest thing. Never thought about one on a keychain.
