Pond Fishin'

Took my 6 y.o. daughter and 2 y.o. son to the neighborhood pond today. It was my son's first official fishing trip. Perfect set-up for the kids. We caught bluegill, chinquapin, tilapia and channel cats using live worms on the bottom and under a cork. He reeled in several fish that I hooked for him and my daughter caught a good mess of bream. Not too many tangles, but there were a few. When we saw the moccasin, my daughter said "let's go Daddy!", so we left after about a 1 1/2 hrs. of fishing. It was plenty enough for the youngins. We had a great time. Can't wait to go again and also to get em out on the beach this spring and summer for something a little bigger.
