Opening Day Blast!
 

Had my two boys join me this morning along with Chad Doucet, and his bud Mr. Mouton and son Reid for the opening day of the 2009 teal season. We had a light rain on us for most of the hunt, but it wasn't bad at all. I carried in 6 decoys and a robo duck and by the time it was light enough to shoot it was a war zone.

We had our 24 birds before 7AM and my little lab was on her first hunt. She did very well considering the shooting and comotion, but these were all very easy birds since they were practically landing on us! Be right back in the same spot in the morning for some more!

:) Yep, Fool, my little one (Connor) smoked him w/ his 20ga on the water at 5 steps! He looks at me and says "don't mess any meat up"!!!!! Training them young!
