Scott, Luke 16yr, Kolbe 13yr, and Nate Leary 9yr joined me for a good ole Dularge Trout Slam!!! Scott has 7 kids, 5 which are boys. Whenever one of his son's turn 13 yrs old he takes him on a fishing or hunting trip. Well Kolbe turned 13 and he got a fishing trip!! We picked up 25 fish at our first 3 stops picking away at them. Our fourth stop is where we struck silver!!!! The yellow mouths were holding in 3-5 ft of water and were hungry for our swimbaits and Killer Flats Minnows by Texas Tackle Factory. The trout were slamming the baits hard and the boys had the time of their lives slinging them in one after another. Kolbe hooked two reds, the first of his life. All the boys caught the most trout they have ever caught before. The boys stuffed the Yeti full and we left them biting. Dularge has been on Fire and the bite continues. Thanks guys for another incredible day.
