New scope
 

Just got my new Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40. Man I'm pumped. Deer season can't get here fast enough.

I have been using a nikon 4.5X14 for a long time now, rarely ever have to touch it when i zero her in every year, and this rifle gets thrashed pretty hard.

Last fall, I put a new Nikon 3 x 9 x 50 on my rifle.

I hunt the woods so I can't see spending the money on a high dollar scope.

Nikon makes some fine optics. Have had the 3X9X50 on a .270 Browning bolt action for years. I probably haven't turned a total of 7 clicks in any direction on the zero of that scope and gun combo in ages. Have a set of binoc's and a spoting scope both are the clearest and most repelent to foggu conditions I have ever seen. It seems like its clearer loking through them than with my own eyes sometime.
