where can I rent a boat lift / dry storage

I want to change out an axle and rusted parts on my trailer. If I do so, I will need to store my 21 footer for a couple of weeks. Where can I store my boat out of the water temporarily while I do the trailer work at my house? Any other ideas on how I can get some time with my boat off of my trailer?

It might be a long shot.....but!!!!

Take a ride on the Vermilion river and see if you can find an empty boat shed and talk with the owner. You might get lucky.

Or..... maybe you could ask to borrow a trailer from someone that keeps their boat in the water.

Go ask a local boat yard if they will let u store Ur boat on their lot on one of thier trailers.....all the boat dealers over here have extra trailer, or the jacks that can hold a boat or the small trailers that are used at boat shows.
Good luck!

Just find someone who's boat is in a stall...use there trailer for your boat....

go talk to nicky bagneau at cypermort point. he has a rolling lift and will take your boat off the trailer put it on blocks then when your done come and get it. i think he charges around 50 bucks a week for boats under 30. they also have a guy at the port of iberia that has a lift and does the same thing but ive never dealt with him. if your interested about the point i can get you the number tomorrow from my office.
