they are located in des allemands, La. thinking of getting a motor from them, anyone every deal with this place.... seams on the up and up???

Never bought a motor form them but he has rebuilt 2 powerheads for me and never had a problem with them

I bought a motor from him. The install didn't go as planned (he had a Christmas party to go to and didn't have work on his mind) and I had traveled almost 3 hours to get there. He kept the boat to do the job right and met me half way to pick it up a week or so later. Motor came with a 90 day waranty. It was a cold cold winter and I didn't get to run the boat during the 90 days. First time I opened it up the injector that he had repaired/rebuilt failed and the alarm went off. I called him and brought the boat back to him. He pulled a report and saw that the hours on the motor were the same as when I had purchased it and honored the waranty. I'm currently looking at a boat that will need to be repowered and that is the first place I'm going to call. He'd be my regular mechanic if her weren't so far away. Very much so on the up and up
