Ask inchspinner bout the cheater ring...ya can cast with one hand..hope all is well with the arm. Had shoulder surgery back in january and it was no fun

Well yesterday 200 lb 13 yr old fell out by rig caught him as he was falling in was using other arm to keep him off rig and pow my pec and front delt tore chest and shoulder solid black I go to ortho tomo |

Dude had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago, heard nothing but horror stories about the rehab--- had the first session today I have 90% movement up and away doc said do that for 2wks...
I tore 3 and 3/4 of my Cuff along with my bicep popping outta place.
I hope your Prognosis will be better than mine!

Need to find a Orthopedic certified Physical Therapist just like finding a good Ortho. Some are certified specialist, some are not, just like Doctors some are good some are not. Believe me good rehab = good outcomes. Wish I could help ya, But I practice in Shreveport/Bossier;)
