i still do not understand this. explain it in lamens terms cause i am lost. and waht does the scales mean in lamens terms i clicked on them and it says i have 10 reputation points what does that mean?

You click on the scales Bro. It's self explanatory after that.
A mod needs to change it so you can see who gave you a green or red though.

When I put my cursor over the green dots, it says "Finfurfeather is using gulp".
