Texas Deer Lease opening??
 

Guys:

I may have an opening on my lease in San Saba county, TX this year. The lease is 500 acres hi fence. We have a 3 br/3 ba camp with a huge covered patio. Owner lives on ranch and takes care of most things for us. Price is $3500 per year and includes protein. The only additional cost is the corn which runs about $150-$200 per man. We have 7 members and we welcome children and the occassional guest. Blinds/feeders in place. Well watered with irrigation system throughout the ranch. Gun or Bow hunting allowed. 2 bucks, 3 does per gun. Ranch is only 6 miles from town on a paved state highway and the lease gate is only 200 yards down a county maintained caliche road.
