the different hp is one thing, but the "mailbox" letters for S-U-Z-U-K-I reallly??Should had done the 1-5 over the 9-.-9

no there is a reason people put 9.9 on a motor in stead of 15, state law states anyone born after 1/1/84 has to take the boat safety course if they operate a boat w/ 10 or more hp. 9.9 is under 10 and legal to drive w/o safety course.

sounds stupid but true, Just like people use to put 25 hp cowlings on there johnson motors so that they can run in the restricted WMA or NWR's.

Thats first thing I thought when I saw it. It is funny though.
