Question/Boat storage

I am planning on selling my boat this evening to a guy from Lafayette. The place where its being stored at right now is a hole-in-the-wall mechanic boat shop. The guy that owns the place is being a **** and said that he would leave the boat out of the gate tonight and if its not gone by tonight, thats where it will stay and he wont lock it up behind his gate. My question to whomever is this. If this guy decides not to buy it, can I leave it at your house ??? I know its a long shot, but its worth it. I dont wanna bring it back to DeRidder because it is a hassle and too far from the interstate to bring it back and forth to get people to look at it. If this is possible, please get in touch with me A.S.A.P. Thanks !!

Im not sure..... i been trying REAL hard to get this thing gone. I can not find a storage lot that will house a boat. If all else fails, i'll bring it home and set it on fire.

Did the guy charge you for storage?

Not that you would do this for insurance purposes but if you were, you may want to delete your post....

Is it October Yet 06-20-2011 01:56 PM

Your more than welcome to leave it at my house. I live just outside NO and can catch a flat in the right part of town if you have good insurance.

there is no insurance on the boat. Took it off when the motor blew up. Thanks for the heads up though.

You can park it in my yard for a little while if you need. It would go well with all the vehicles I have sitting. I'm in Moss Bluff.
