Tide calculations...

I know what the tide is always doing at the jetties because of the noaa website. But, my question is how many hours delay are tides in West Cove, Grand Bayou, and Turner's Bay campared to what the tide is doing at the jetties? 3-4 hours in all three places? Anyone knows? Final question... If high tide ends at 8:00 a.m. at the jetties, when does high tide end for western part of west cove, grand bayou and turner's bay? Any help is appreciated!
