ray.......were they as good as the one for the salty cajun tourny ?
i have to say that the oysters that night for the tourny were best fried oysters i ever ate!!!!!!

When I brought them oysters to the tourney, I stole my wife's flour out of a canister. I thought it was flour, it was biscuit mix. LOL

These were seasoned more than at the tourny. I just use red pepper in the flour , no salt or anything else. And I used Zatarains Shrimp Fry this time.
