asking for a friend

are people still having problems with this xpress dealer?

which dealer around here is the good one to deal with?

Wouldn't pee on him if he was on fire! Literally!!!!!!!!! He has a yard full of boats, and their service SUCKS!!!!!!!! Actually, worse than that, but to each his own!!!!!!!

When I was rigging my new boat, I broke a plastic livewell fittting. Instead of driving to Lafayette to hit the overpriced West Marine, I figured I would drive the 5 miles to his store and get what I needed. Should have drove to Lafayette! I hear his prices are good, but that's where it stops!

I had bought a brand new Xpress bass boat in '99, I shopped around with every Xpress dealer in La, their boat prices were great, but heard from everyone their serviced sucked bad!!!! So I paid a little more & went to Boats unlimited in BR. You'd figure they would have to know how bad their service is after 10 years.:confused:

Friend of mine just got a 16'x48" with mud motor from there. Good price and was setup like he wanted. Has not gone back for any service work and dont think he will. I looked there before I bought my new 17' weldbuilt last year and it looks like he deals volume...

I bought my power pole from them... prices seemed pretty good, people were nice, but thats all I know. I installed it myself btw so i dont know about their service really

Cheap prices,but terrible service. Never went there personally but I hear alot of horror storys.

Bought 2 from him. Price is great, never went back to him for service because I had heard that it was terrible.

Well dang, put it out there who it is so I can stay away.
