LA. CCA Star Tournament Big Trout?

Is the LA CCA website correct. The big trout for the entire state is 8.25lbs.

If so - I am going to concentrate more of my efforts to "grinding " instead of putting fish on the stringer. Winning a 2009 22' Champion combined with my 2008 20' Pathfinder(not paid off) would put together my dream boat.

I know 2 fisherman that have hit 9+lbs last month but brushed it off before when I was reminding them to sign up. Ohh well- guess they don't like almost $40,000.00

they usually update STAR results on the website by Wednesday for the previous weekend. But it should be current as of last week.

8.7 on the east side is the overall leader. So as of now that's the weight to beat if you want the Champion boat
