the billystix contest is over and the winners are announced, i have decided to do something a little different in this contest, as i stated in the originial contest there would be a "free" rod winner as there is but i have added another special giveaway of sorts, it was just something that i thought i would try to see how well it was accepted and i might do it again.the 2nd winner will get a custom $250 billystix built for $100 if he chooses to do so, but if he declines i will draw another name.
also all runner ups will be given a chance to have a custom billystix inshore custom rod built for $150 plus shipping if any of those decline then any one that was in the contest can claim the spot for said rod.
all winners have 7 days to comit or thier spot is void, so lets see who won what.

really most any time is fine, as you can tell i am currently up and i will be here tomorrow most all day, i will have to leave for a bit to ship rods but then i will be back shortly so just call any time is good.

Just ordered my new rod. I tell you what bout the easiest thing i have ever ordered. Nice guy very friendly and helped this dummy out cause i have never ordered a custom rod before. told me exactly what i needed for what i wanted to do

Fellas, if you've never dealt with Billy, you're missing out. The man really knows his business and truly understands customer service. Give him a jingle and talk to him about some of his products - you'll be glad you did.

If you guys know any of these folks that have won on the contest, please give them a heads up because it's getting close to close the book on the winners, and when that happens i will let any one that was in the contest pick up thier spot all but the free rod so help out the runnerups because i havent heard back from to many, so if you can help please do so.

hi guys
i know you all are having a night mare in your part of the world right now and my heart goes out to you all, i feel as badly about what has happened to your coast and lively hood as any could and i just want to say if prayer will help from an old guy i have given mine but not sure the big guy listen's to me much but then he might.
the contest will end today and i havent heard fro all or a lot of the runner ups and i know its been a rough last few days, so i am going to let you guys go for another week before i close the price but at least try to give me a private message to let me know that you intind to accept the offer so that i can kinda know how to plan my builds as it is getting busy and i dont want to have to cause anyone a long delay if possible, i am just one little rod builder and i can only do just so many rods before i drop.
good luck and god's speed to the folks that are trying to mop up.
