Flat screen T.V
About to upgrade to a flat screen tv.It's going to be a Samsung any thought on which one LCD or LED, 120hz or 240hz. Give me some suggestions:confused::confused::help::help: Or if any other tv is better
ALWAYS get the most htz available at the Time of purchase......that's your picture quality right there
I just bought a phillips from sam's mine is lcd but you def can tell a difference between the lcd and led.... I'm on reg cable where i live so i wasn't going to spend the extra money on the led.......Man it took me about 2 weeks to get used to my upgrade..everything looks fake....and bluerays that sh*t is awesome....
My only suggestion is go where you can see all them together to compare |
Yes, if you want LCD samsung is good, if you want plasma Panasonic.
I just bought a 42'' plasma panasonic, it was last years model and missing the stand, got it on clearance for 699, original cost 1999.99 My roomate works at best buy and he looked up the price best buy paid for the TV and it was 1300.00 So i think i made a good deal. Also get the most hertz and if you have the money get the LED, they look amazing |
Bluerays are amazing, i love planet earth on blueray and directtv HD
Sony Bravia. Enough said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
samsung led if you have the $...panasonic if you want a plasma.
Vizio is the best bang for your buck. 55" LCD @ 120hz for around $1200 if you find a good sale. That's what's hanging over my fireplace. 2 other Vizios in the house, and I won't buy any other brand...made in America, too. ;)
I paid 1200 for mine at Sam's they have a pretty good selection

Your decision...Money and picture quality.
I recently bought a Samsung LCD. Compared side by side the LCD and LED LCD, there was not enough picture quality difference for me to justify paying the higher price for the LED. There are cheaper makes out there than the Samsung I purchased. For picture quality, compared all the TV's mentioned in the above posts to the Samsung. Kept coming back to the Samsung. Satellite is what is feeding my LCD...damn nice picture quality. |
Alright 46" or 52

55" brotha! It's the only way to roll. Heck, my bedroom TV is a 46". :)
I hate making these kind of decision's. I think I might go with the 52"
samsung led man 240 refresh, no comparison
240 Hz LED Samsung fo sho
sony bravia LCD, 52" 1080p 240hz, done with that, however if you have the cash, my cousin has a 55" LED and man is that awsome but he paid 3gs for it.

man you can find some good deals as far as financing....i like to pay for stuff up front but if they give me 18 months 0% i take advantage....just don't go over 18 months cause they get you and don't use vaseline
best buy has the 18 month no interest, its how i bought my laptop and tv
sony has deals goin right now with their distributors on the 52" bravia xrb or p?9 240hz ( top of the line bravia) i think you can get the tv and a blu ray for like 1800.00 i priced em seprate and they were almost 2800.00
