Best eating fish?
If you had a choice to have only one type fish forever to eat what would it be? I would have to say redfish since I prefer them blackened and in a courbioun and they also good baked and fried.

That's some hard
choices there....
Ate some Chilean Sea Bass recently that melted in my mouth like butter. YF tuna is very good and more like a steak than fish....wahoo, red snapper, grouper, halibut, salmon, flounder(especially stuffed with crabmeat), trout, redfish, sac-a-lait, bass,...arrrrrrgggghhhhhh!!!!! They all have a bit different flavor and texture, and I'm glad we're not confined to just one kind of fish!! |
Raw bluefin tuna
Raw yellow fin tuna Chilean sea bass Mahi Grouper |
Trip's
Wahoo |
tripletail
|
YF tuna with trigger being a close second
|
Queen Snapper
|
Wahoo/Ling are my favorite.
I cant pick just one. After I eat wahoo I say that it is my favorite. Then I eat some ling and I decide that is the best eating fish. |
Wahoo, ling, sea bass, fresh tuna. Hard to pick just one
