Not yet Salty, I just ordered the rod earlier this week. It would be great if it showed up tomorrow, but I don't think FedEx delivers on sat. Thanks for looking out.

Fishinpox, are you leaving from Bonnabel?

I'll be out there Sunday as well. I made a trip this past Wednesday and did really well. The only thing was the water on the south shore was dirty. The trout didn't seem to care though.

yep the bonnabel launch . the water looks dirty on top but 17 ft down it should be a nice bit cleaner well mabet not a windy as its been . how farr did yall run ?? the first big hump??

I started catching at the first small hump at about 4 miles out, fishing the turn arounds. The majority came from the big hump about 8 miles out. I'll probably start there and work my way out if the wind lets me.

fritz20 likes the eels ive used em in venice not the jr's but the bigones and have caught fish on em . we will try some both fritz and i have the opening night color i like em but ive always used the dudleys . ill let ya know how them eels worked for us

Hey W, what color eels did you throw? I really like those things, but I am not sure what to use. I have pearl with chart tail, opening night with dyed chart tail, black and chart, and lsu colors.

The only one i use other than that is the chart w/ black specks...margarita i think is the name

On Lake P ... I threw Opening night..... But at home I like a few colors....Glow,LSU,Black,Margirita,and opening night... all depends on time of year and water
