The food there isn't bad, but all the dishes I've eaten there taste like the fish oil they give you. I work at the accounting firm behind Albertson's and the vietnamese girl that I work with is always ordering from there. Makes the whole damn office smell!

Hit up Pete's or the the pizza place downtown. I can't remember the name though.

Dink 05-27-2013 10:59 AM

x2 on Fezzo's. Anything there from the sandwiches to poboys and main dishes is good. Old Tyme Grocery is good too!!

rbertrand 05-27-2013 12:22 PM

Judice Inn on Johnston street or Twins Bakery for burgers! Lagneaux's on Ridge Road for seafood. For boiled crawfish, Crawfish Time on Verot or Ridge Road.

Nice choice. My favorite at Pete's is the big Pete with grilled onions and a fried egg. Their battered fries are bad *** too, or the fried jalapeño slices dipped in nacho cheese.

weedeater 05-27-2013 01:46 PM

getting the Big Pete and battered fries

yeah thats one of my favorite too. You can get them to split the pizza into more than one type so you can try more than one

I guess that's why it's packed most of the time.
