What is a descent price per acre around the Scott area North of I-10? Near Mier and Church Point. In the country.

Around Crowley I've seen it from around 7k an acre with a 3 acre minimum on up $$$. Depending on location.

My dad paid 8,500 per acre for 22 acres with pond and peca trees, just near cankton/ church point area

I've got some east of carencro that's going for 25k/acrr.....not sure how that happened!!!

8500-10,000/ acre depending the on size of the lot.
I own 15 acres just North of Mire.

That's probably on the low end since it has been flooding over there on a regular basis with storms and heavy rains. What's up with the drainage in that area?

At least ! A few years ago I was looking for 30-40 in central to develop .... Freaking 27k then! Out of control. In baton rouge I just bought a 84'x124 lot for 110k real estate in Br is stupid high

Dang!!! What part of Congress? I live on Lagneaux and if that's the appraisals right now I'm selling!!! I picked up 3 acres for $10,000 about 5 yrs ago from some family. That would be a nice ROI!

On Congress Extension between Fieldspan and Richfield. It already has a house pad and the water meter is in. Nice new homes on each side and restricted.

I wish I could puchase a couple acres in Raceland for under 15,000.....I would scoop it up.
