While loading the boat today I slipped and busted my head!!! Good cut and huge knot but was going to tuff is out!!! Well it never stop bleeding and wife wanted 2 go have it look at!!!! Ok here is where it gets good!!....

Sitting in the emergency room with the biggest group of white trash no insurance people!! Its unreal what thay will come here for!!! On kids has a sratch on knee....one has a cold....they come here because its free!!!you want 2 see why your health care cost so much!!! Come check this out!!!! Kid coming get knee scratch looked at is sliding across floor!!!! Amazing!!

And its gonna get worse..

I have a motto that I learned from my dad. If it's broke, it'll still be broke tomorrow when the doc's office is open. It also kept him from being broke!

There was about 10 in front of me.....there is 9 still waiting they all went out and smoked ....one had 2 keep checking on his dog....it was amazing!!!! I know they were real pissed when I walked out!!! O well get a job and pay insurance like we do!!!

Have a buddy that works for the BR fire dept. He goes on all EMS calls, They will call for an ambulance when they run out of Medication!!!!

hey dubya i cracked my forehead open this past saturday playing b ball. i spun left to take it to the hole and my podnuh was there. my head hit his head. i got a new scar with a concussion and he got 7 stitches in his eyebrow. it hurt like hell. hope you feel better buddy. take care of yourself. you should have used fool to land on he would have cushioned your fall. JJ fool you know i got love for ya little man!

Last time I was there, I had to back so far down the ramp that my tires were in the water. I jumped in the back of the truck and climbed on the tounge of the trailer to get into the boat. Tide was super low.
It doesn't matter how the ramps are made or what they are made of, the green slimey stuff is slippery.

My Wife works at Lafayette General.........she tells me some of the things people go to E.R. for.........It's rediculous...........................bloody nose that stopped bleeding a few hours ago, splinter in finger, erection for 8 hours, stubbed toe, you name it..........I go to a family clinic in River Ranch just so I don't have to go to E.R..........last time was to remove a branch from my knee. She told me I needed surgery to remove it, I asked her to just deaden it and get it out, she did...........Saved me all kinds-o-money....................Tim

I have seen 2 people in the last month slip and fall at boat launches. You are right crocs and slim don't mix. Hope all is well.

Shame on you W for working for a living, paying taxes and and insurance. then they move you to the front of the line, what gives you the right.JJ I hate the emergency room because of the waite, the average waite in New Orleans ER is like 5 hrs, in the little town of Jennings, is 4 hrs, because people can go in there and get a shot for drippy **** for free. I'm gonna stop now.

one time this past winter i hade to rush my little 16 year old sister to the ER cause she had 104 degree fever and was on the virge of death...and when we get there i carry her in and as soon as i got in there the nurses and doctors where taking care of her...and the Monkeys in that place went ape S hit....one of em screamed at mah momma cause she said she had been there with her baby for 3 hours and he had a cut on his leg...well needless to say momma put her in her place...but it was ridiculous how much these apes complain in there...i mean here is mah sister in septic shock and all they can do is b itch about how they been there with there babys who got cuts and bruises...damn shame..and we pay for them..

Damn shame.... I think if i was in a situation like that with my daughter or close family, that would have been a prime oppourtunity to "loose my s**t"... Effin apes....

I hope thay had to sit there until Midnight.....I walked out with my a big :D....... It takes a lot to make me go to a doctor, much less a hospital.
I go to the "doc in a box" on Lake St., they have some good doctors there.
I had 27 stitches in my left middle finger a couple months ago. Never went
back. I just tookt he stitches out myself a couple weeks later.
Last time I went to an emergency room at the hospital, my appendix ruptured.

read in the times of acadiana today about the number of unemployed people in our workforce..........they said it was because of elderly/young kids & stay at home moms.....ya right

Over here in Baton Rouge the gansta's are popping caps on each other on a daily or should I say hourly basis. EMS has to bring them to the nearest hospital. My point is if it cost $40,000 to extract the lead out of the bottom feeder, everyone in the hospital with insurance will pay for the fix-up. It's called cost shifting or cost sharing. The way I see it they are already getting FREE healthcare. In regards to all the 'sue happy' people in this state I blame all the ambulance chasers (lawyers). There used to be a day and time when a lawyer would be dis-barred for taking on 'frivolous' law suits. Now it's the norm. They advertise constantly on T.V. "Got your check? Call Joe Blow Law Firm". Doctors have to pay so much for malpractice insurance so they just pass it down the line. If they want to get a grip on health insurance cost and auto insurance cost, they need to start with 'tort-reform'. Meanwhile we just trudge along in the "sue-me" state while others wait for their 'mailbox-money'...:work::work:
