What are you smoking dude? That was the absolute WORST performance I've ever seen! The highlight was when slash came out but that was about it. It woulda prolly been a lil less crappy if they woulda lip synced instead of TRYING to sing.

Christina disgraced our anthem, the commercials suck and that is the WORST "live" performance I have ever seen! Stick with women hog hunter's fashion advice! That .5 time show SUCKED!

Halftime was horrible and the National Anthem was worse.How can you not know all the words and why cant anybody sing it like its supposed to be sung.All this puttin thier spin on it is disgraceful.

There should be a qualification checklist in order to perform the national anthem...
1) You must be American
2) You cannot sing one word in 15 different keys.
3) You MUST know all the words.
4) You are NOT allowed to attempt a "career comeback" at such a cherished event.

While it sucks that she effed up the National Anthem, she did the correct thing and kept on singing. As far as I know, she is citizen, I think she was born in New York.

Most are saying that this Super "Commercial" Bowl was the worst experience ever. No attendance records either. How bouts them apples Jerry?!?!?!

In this new 'culture' that we have had shoved down our throats, it is now popular to sing like someone from a street corner tent revival. It is a desicration of something I hold sacred. Agree the 1/2 time show was the worst ever. Commercials were not what they usually are. Looks like a sponsor that paid 3 mill for 30 seconds could come up with better.

Audio sucked on the halftime show. But as far as theatrics and production pretty awesome.

I just wonder in this day and time why they didn't make her practice the anthem and make sure she could actually sing it before she performed live. Also food for thought but enough of these so called performers performing our national anthem why not get the military to do it the way its suppose to be done.

I couldn't agree more! I wish that if the national anthem is to be sung in public that someone in the military or retired from the military should be the one with the mic. It definately needs to be someone who will sing it with honor and respect, not someone that's doing it to make money off of it.
