Rolled into grand isle around 9......fished for a bit(nothin but tiny white trout).......now I'm sittin at cisco's enjoying the locals.........these folks are nutz! !!

That was too far of a walk.......caught 11 3/4 trout till our hands hurt........live croaker didn't yeild anything but 1 flounder.......top water and sparkle Beatles is all you need.......fun day for sure!! Thanks Montauk for coming, if it weren't for him the ice chest would be almost empty........

Not a bite. Caught some bayside by some islands and the rest on the east side,in the surf.

Y'all didn't ask me where to fish so y'all are skrewed.
All i can say is 13.
there is a spot that you can smoke the trout on but i think i'll keep it to myself since
y'all didn;t ask nicely.

I am quite the hustler myself.......

It was mostly locals, one Guy looked just like the Singer from AC/DC only with gene Simmons hair.......everyone else had Billy ray Cyrus hair.......

I've heard the bad stories coming out of ciscos, but all was good while I was there.......

I want to go back for labor day weekend,but EVERYONE is booked for the oil spill.:pissed:

There are some camps opening up. BP workers are starting to move off the island.

They closed more areas and the weather sux.

There is still plenty of areas open to catch fish. Better than working...

west wind is good in GI keeps all that dirty water out.. i caught all my fish within sight of bridgeside marina

Those conditions are prime for harvesting.
