Yep and probably 8 out of 10 of them is because they contain....
Drumroll please..... OIL!!:fireworks::fireworks::fireworks::fireworks:: fireworks::p |
Could someone please delete this thread? Thanks in advance.

They didn't list these items as more deadly/harmful/toxic than the oil spill.
W, did you make that part up? C'mon now, tell the truth!:p:work: |

You deal with these toxic things everyday and your more likely to die from this or get sick from these 10 above than OIL...FACTS....EPA look it up |
Source EPA
Air Air Data >> EPA has observed odor-causing pollutants associated with oil on the shore in the gulf region at low levels. Some of these chemicals may cause short-lived effects like headache, eye, nose and throat irritation, or nausea. Some people may be able to smell several of these chemicals at levels well below those that would cause short-term health problems. EPA is also conducting additional air monitoring for ozone and airborne particulate matter. The air monitoring conducted through June 28 has found levels of ozone and particulates ranging from the "good" to "unhealthy for sensitive groups" levels on EPA's Air Quality Index. Water Water Data >> Surface water results collected along the Gulf coast on June 22 & 23, 2010 found no compounds exceeding chronic water benchmarks. Sediment Sediment Data >> Sediment samples collected June 20, 2010 along the Gulf coast did not reveal elevated levels for chemicals that are usually found in oil. Waste Management Waste Information >> EPA deployed field teams to collect a small number of samples of oily debris, tar balls, mousse oil and other petroleum waste products that have washed up on the shore along the Gulf Coast. Preliminary results have only shown chemical constituents that are usually found in petroleum products and typical health precautions should be taken. |
Look it up...I did. Nowhere on there did it say that these 10 things are worse than the Gulf oil spill!:rotfl::p

Yeah it's obvious it's not toxic to us.
What are some things that fish, shrimp, oysters, and marine organisms encounter that are more toxic than oil? So in terms of the resources that many coastal Louisiana residents rely on to support their families....this oil spill is toxic. |

W, your ignorance is known by all, you cant prove yourself right
where on the epa site does it say that everyone will forget about this spill in august? |

When i go shrimping, I KNOW i kill at least 800 lbs of small fish everyday.. Just think when there is 40 other boats out there with bigger nets than me... |

toxic
Yes, you are right.... .all of those things are toxic..... and so is oil.
Plain, pure water can be more damn toxic than a mothball if you ingest too much water (called water intoxication)........ and you are saying oil in the water isnt toxic? Come on, think a little bit. education goes a long way |
Can some one find how many fish have been reported dead due to this Oil spill? With source and Facts!
|
Flock of seagulls....veryyy toxic!!!
|
Quote:
he is saying exactly that. W thinks that you can drink oil and it will not hurt you you can cover things with it and there is no way they die from it. He will do anything he can to defend BP even if it is making himself looking like the uneducated fool he is |
Quote:
Please go drink a quart of crude and tell me how it makes you feel |
Can you provide us facts that oil is not toxic to marine life?
|

Who is getting affected that's not getting paid? Can you tell me some one who is not getting paid by BP who is getting effected im suppose to feel sorry for? can you? Can you please give me that info? You was not on here when Rita whipped up out saying poor south west LA they don't have any roof jumpers or Fema trailers.....You didn't see the Media over here painting a sad picture..WHY were stronger than that...we got our azz out and worked to build back..we didn't have BP to pay us or FEMA..... WE didn't have a Brad Pitt and Jerry Lewis Telethon to give us money....Hell no we.. Us...WE built our places back and picked up where the GOVERNMENT FAILED...SO DON'T Cry me no river of effects....BP has lines open 24hours to pay anyone....anyone who is effected by the spill....SO **** |
LMAO at his sig.

BOTB,
is your family getting paid by BP right now? |
toxic
It isnt just the kill as of right now (which I am sure there is a pretty large kill)...... it is the long term effect.
Is oil suppose to be mixed into the gulf waters? If your answer is no.... then it is toxic. |
just because you dont know someone W doesnt mean that they dont exist you arrogant fool.
since you avoid other posts. still think that by august everyone will have forgotten about this oil spill? |
W, you still believe that there are no residual effects from the valdez spill after facts have been posted
I have posted SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE that Oil will cause die back on plants. and you dont believe it |
|
Not trying to get too deep in this past a little ribbing but, my shop and many of the local vendors, even outside the automotive field, have noticed sharp declines since the DWH tragedy. People are clamming up and saving every dime they can right now. The moratorium only added to the situation.
BTW, there is no compensation for that. BP wouldn't dare pay a ripple effect claim. I wouldn't even waste my time trying. I bet they won't be paying any of the workers laid off due to the moratorium. They didn't pull the plug but, they did start the fire, literally. |

thats just coincidence according to W |
W, why don't you take your ignorance on the road. Head east and stop at Grand Isle/Fourchon, Hopedale/Delacroix/Shell Beach, then Biloxi/Gulfport and, finally, Gulf Shores/Perdido. Tell those people that the oil has no effect on their lives. Leave your phone at home....you won't be needing it.
|
LMAO............ HEY GUYS......Yall are right.......this oil will kill every living thing in site!! Sorry I was wrong!!! Everything from whales to microscopic organisms will die!! Nothing will live just a black hole of open water.......This water will become stagnate and not accept tides or currents anymore.......Everything will just go around this deep black hole of Toxic death! The poor Penguins in Alaska will feel the effects of this oil spill along with the lions of Africa! As it travels in the loop current killing everything in its path! Just like the Blob did on the Sci Fi channel last night! Your drinking water is next!! You will jump in the shower one day and turn you water on and Oil will spill out of your shower head(Call me when this happens I would like to buy the mineral rights)
This black crude will travel though the ends of time and knock the earth off its axis and shift Nasa Satellites!! We as humans will all parish to the toxic wave of Benzene gas that will not evaporate due to the Marsh Grass holding it down! The loch Ness Monster is now in harm’s way of the awful spill BP caused. What happens to Nessy when this black highway of crude hits? What about the Amazon River...will the oil cause it to change it flow! Once all the fish see the oil coming they will rush up the river so fast those scientists think this will change the flow of the river. Once the river changes it flow the saltwater will kill everything and the toxic fumes of dead fish will carry in the wind to Europe and start a famine... Scientist think once the oil has filled all the oceans and rivers it will catch fire from the sun and melt the polar caps! Once the polar caps are melted the entire earth will be water! This will be the end my people the end! Its Bush and BP fault... |
Quote:
Sight and W, no one on here has said any other this you are the one who says oil DOES NOT HURT ANY LIVING ORGANISM AT ALL and you said "NO ONE WILL REMEMBER THIS EVEN HAPPENED BY AUGUST" you cant make us look bad by just trying to over play your ignorance |
please stop crabbing out of questions, and tell us if you will drink a cup of crude oil?
IF BP WONT SAY IT, HE WON'T BELIEVE IT |

Salty I have spoke to about 30 who have been effected by oil or there business on the gulf coast!! All 30 not one really complained other then BP 1st payment took a while to collect! Others were thankful to have an income...some told us ..Hey I will cry when there is no waters left to fish....I have spoke to these people... In LA....Not all are down and ready to sue BP....Most of the inshore guides ares still fishing along with working with BP on other day.s |
