so when the rubber gets chewed up beyond use, do you throw it away or can you reload the plastic?

Dont know... Never had one wear out. I end up breaking off way before that happens..

For those of you that don't know yet, keep your vudu separate from other plastics, they will melt together due to chemicals in plastic
