POX like any subdivision you have these stupid rules. The one I live in has a rule that the windows that face the road must be covered with only white covered drapes or curtins....***..... Also, luckly my back yard is big enough and I have those big double wooden gates so it hides my boat because that is a restriction also.
Also, you need to check your restrictions, you may not be able to park a boat in your driveway even if you pour a larger slab. I know where I live I cannot.

Secondly, those subdivision rules are not enforceable in the court of law. The only type of such rules are when you are part of a corporation/membership setup like the country club of LA in BR. Find out who exactly sits on subdivision committee and file a harassment suit naming the subdivion and the committee members personally liable for large sum of cash. They will choose not to F with you as to risk a liabilty of big $ if they lose. They would be responsible for the money out of their pocket. Also, they would have to ask the members in the neighbor hood for more money to hire a lawyer to defend the suit against the subdivision. I am willing to bet the neighborhood tells them to just shut up.

I think your problem is solved after that. Concrete is 100-120 a yard depending how many yards you buy.
