the spots/lures are worthless without the man behind the pole

Bruce and I had planned to fish Big Lake this comin' week. Well, the word leaked out and now everybody and his brother wants to tag along. Capt. Erik Rue, Capt. Jeff and Mary Poe, Capt Bruce Baugh and Will Drost have all invited themselves. Hell, Capt. Terry Shaunessy even wants to come back from Florida to fish with us. Since we can't take everyone, we've decided to cancel for fear of hurting someone's feelings. :smokin:

To true, I have friends that burn me up and we fishing the same spot with the same bait. Only way to get better is to grind it out....

At least he's honest! He's been braggin on here about having plenty of fish! Now he admits to potlicking but not giving up any secrets. :shaking:

I do catch plenty of trout and always have. The only secret is get out on the water every chance you get. The only pots I lick are my moms. I just like talkin trash on here for fun.
