Treat my yard twice a year with TallStar. Keep my Terrier in the fenced yard away from the neighbors dogs. No flea problem. Intact the TallStar stop fleas, tics, spiders, fire ants, etc. Good Stuff.
Someone mention rats carrying fleas, we have plenty squirrels in our yard and I think those little Bast*** are carrying fleas.

About the rats. Had someone tell me to put out Coke(soda pop) out where they can get to it and it will kill them. A rat can't throw up and it will kill them. Put some out over here and have no more rats. Maybe they found someone who gave them the real coke or mixed some VO in it and they went there.

Picked up some D-Flea from Sacs here in Gonzales. Its a spray and it must work cuz it says kills on contact and they had some dropping like well, like fleas.

Place called Pestop in BR. They have one in Metairie and maybe Lafayette

I tried the sentinal and advantix both don't work like comfortis. Also the good thing about the comfortis is it comes in tablet form instead of having that stuff on the dogs back.

20 yards? Negative, must have been a typo

6 ft. is what I meant musta hit the zero at the bottom of the key board. But even if a flea jumps 3 times from your neighbors yard they can be well in your yard which is what the point of the post was.

I don't have the greatest or most sanitary neighbors in the world. So I think I'm just gonna get all the fleas off my pup and move her inside. Talking to them is impossible since they can't speak english and I can't speak Mexican.

lol. I live next to a canal so I can't spray without poisoning the water. It's really frustrating when you when you have no control over stuff like that.

Muttmechanic, my dog has done this before in the past but I would just bathe her and she would stop. After about two weeks without a bath, she would have a spot at the base of her tail that would stay wet. Does this mean she has a flea allergy? If so, what can be done?

What do you mean by it would stay wet? Like water wet or greasy wet? Also, would the hair kind of thin out from the base of her tail in the general sape of a triangle?

I'm about to have control over it. Not only am I sure that half are illegal, but I am about to move out in around 2-3 months.

If you weren't leaving I'd say to call the border patrol and tell them there's a lot of traffic in and out and suggest it may be drugs or people smuggling, but i guess moving is slightly less controversial solution. good luck though
