Wasn't a few people complaining about this same boat running around cut peoples drifts off a while back? I seen the boat at the weigh in

I have a question. You are on anchor and a boat is drifting the same reef. Any issues if the boat gets in what would be your drift line after passing you down wind about 100 yards?

I have done this in the past and had it done to me many time. Just curious how people feel about it.

It all depends.....???

Normally no..... if the other boat is coming in to your area and killed the engine and trolled to get 100 yards from where you are anchored..... I would be ok with that. While drifting or anchored....IMO....all boats should stay far enough apart so that you are not casting in the same spot.

Even if they came in at a very slow idle.....100 yards away...... I would not be upset. Some people would be upset.

I always try to keep 200+ yards from any boat that is fishing when my engine is running. If I am "up on plane"..... I try to stay 300+ yards away.

I ;never have had any issues as long as they stay well away.....I rather drift than anchor so many times I have had guys come in behind me and anchor up...I just keep my drift and go around them....In a way it does not mess them or me up
