In all honesty I have had a few dentist and orthodontist tell me that chew is less harmful then dip.
And the " safest" is redman golden blend . It has less sugar and a few other chemicals that tear up Ur gums and erode the enamel on Ur teeth.
Not sayin it's safe.... But it could b less harmful.

Just something to chew on ....

about a can or lil better of cope a day. Dont want anything else but the cope. First i hated copenhagen but now i cant dip anything else. Chew does nothing for me. But have started smoking some cigars also on the side. Enjoying that too ha.

I quit cause of the cost.

Can't remember exactly what the price was but I started in the 9th grade, so probably in 1973. Quit several years ago probably in 96 or so. Used to dip a roll of Skoal a week. Quit because I had a "gland" get infected in my jaw. My lip stayed raw from chewing.

Hardest thing I ever did. I still can smell someone take a chew and I want one.

I've tried Lancaster a few times but there was just something about it that I didn't like. Maybe it's because I had been chewing Levi for so long that I couldn't get used to something else.

used to dip cope long cut...then i quit smoking/dipping. I do like to smoke a good cigar every now and then though

I have to threadjack for a minute here is a funny side story about cigars from this past weekend: I walked into the citgo on GI next to the sureway and asked if they had any cigars. Lady behind the counter said "what flavor do you want?" I say "No, Im looking for a good one." She says, with a suprised look on her face "Oh you actually want to smoke the tobacco in one? Most people around here like to buy them, do a little surgery on them, and smoke something else.":smokin::rotfl::rotfl:
