Good report. He speaks the truth. I caught 11 trout in Sabine on Friday. Scouted the whole lake Saturday (2 trout). Scouted the whole lake Monday, ran from CLP ALL THE WAY TO THE JETTIES, saw 100 oyster boats raping west cove. Then managed to pick up 6 trout Monday afternoon thanks to the help of a friend. Then once I figured out what the hell was going on (after 2 whole days of scouting and 70 gallons of fuel) I managed to get on some pigs Wednesday afternoon which included an 8.2 lb trout... So if it takes me 3 days of scouting and 70 gallons of fuel to find the fish... I would definitely say the lake is very hard to fish right now. Good luck to everyone

I would say catching an 8.2 would be worth 3 days and 70 gallons of fuel for me.Congrats.
