Thanks Meaux. Its cooked a many pound of meat. 90% of it came from the woods too.

That is a beautiful smoke house dude. Just lookin at it set a lump in ma throat. Takes me back to Grandpa's smoke house on da bayou bank. Get ya some gar fillets season em up and hang them on those cables. They smoke dry and become like fishy tasso. Great in gumbos or tomato gravys or just nibbled on with a cold beer.
