I can count on my hand the number of times that i fish with live bait at the point. I've pulled the small trawl before but its not worth it to me I'd rather spend the time I have fishing. I am gonna grab some shrimp on Saturday morning because it is easy and also to support the new business. A store is very much needed down there. I'll be sure to give yall a report on how we do with and without the live bait.

Man sure glad to see that store open up, I know every now and then when the bayview was open, we'd take a lunch break, go there grab a burger or something and then head back out. I hope they will have some quick on the go food like that. the convenicne of being at the landing is awesome for those mornings when you forget something and don't realize it till it's time to launch the boat. I will defineatly support them by making a few purchases.

I heard bayview is trying to re open with a new owner,no telling how long it will be tough. I miss being able to pull up in the boat and grab some food and a few beers.

No burgers are anything yet, but the sno cone stan in the front has hot dogs. They said they will have cooked food soon though.
