cooked 2 racks of St. Louis Style ribs, chicken thighs, sirloin steak wrapped in bacon w/ jalapeno and onion slice, rabbit wrapped in bacon and stuffed with onion and jalapeno, deer sausage, beans, rice dressing, pasta salad, garlic/jalapeno bread, and chololate yummy!

Those Oilless fryers are the bomb. My grandpa did some ribs in one. They were awesome.
